According to your testing requirements, we will advise an instrument list for your lab.

• Instrument operation training

For some models, if needed, we will provide operation training.

• Application training

Application test training, instructed by the professional laboratory personnel, can be added in the quotation.

• Timely online support

A dedicated sales team will be available for any after-sales problems.

• Transparent warranty policy

18 months free warranty, plus 6 months free parts supply (no warranty for consumables).

Beyond warranty period, services and accessories are charged at actual cost only.

Owner of Schroeder Consulting, Germany. Former president of BYK-Gardner( the world’s leading supplier in the additives and instruments sector) for 24 years, and former president of ADI Instrumentos for 5 years, full experience in operating high-quality instruments companies.

In 2019, Dr. Georg starts to provide strategic planning and business management consulting for TESTEX.
